We aim to provide high-quality wooden products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds, returns, or replacements are available.

1. General Policy

Because many of our products are handcrafted and often custom-made, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order wooden products

  • Products with personalized details (size, engraving, design, color, etc.)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

  • Products requested in special sizes or unique specifications

3. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • The item arrived damaged during delivery, and

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

Without proper evidence, we may not be able to process your claim.

4. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, OR

  • Offer store credit if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds (money-back) are only issued if:

  • We are unable to repair or replace the damaged item

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order was canceled by us due to production issues

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method

  • Or store credit (upon customer request)

5.2 Refund Processing Time

Refund processing usually takes:

  • 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders for ready-made items can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If canceled before production, a full refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, Dubai Wood Works will arrange pickup or communicate return instructions.

  • Customers should not send products back without prior approval.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories included

If the product is used or damaged after delivery, the return will not be accepted.

9. Color & Natural Variation Policy

Since we use natural wood:

  • Slight color differences

  • Grain variations

  • Minor texture differences

are normal and not considered a defect or reason for return/refund.
